Lorenzo Silvestri
Italian Lawyer and Certified Foreign Legal Consultant
Born in Rome on December 27, 1977, in 1996 Lorenzo Silvestri earned a diploma in classic studies at Liceo Classico G. De Sanctis of Rome. In 2002, he earned a law degree at Alma Mater Studiorum – Universita’degli Studi di Bologna with thesis in private law on manufacturer’s liability. Lorenzo is a member in good standing of the BAR of Rome since 2007 and in 2008, he earned an LL.M. degree with high honors from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in American law and International legal practice. Since 2016, Lorenzo is a member of the Florida Bar as a Certified Foreign Legal Consultant in Italian law.
After 11 years of practice in a prestigious Italian law firm of which he has been the responsible partner of the Miami (Florida) office from 2011 to 2018, in January 2019, Lorenzo founded the firm Silvestri International – Studio Legale Internazionale, with offices in Rome and Miami. Lorenzo is currently the managing partner of the firm.
His practice has always focused on assisting International investors and entities in cross-border transactions including real estate, M&A, commercial and corporate matters, as well as on assisting as an expert counsel in domestic and transnational litigation matters that require specific expertise in Italian law and international law.
Since 2013, Lorenzo is a sustaining member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce South East in Miami. In addition, he is the appointed manager, officer and/or member of the board of Directors of several national and multinational companies.

Lorenzo Mariani

Born in Assisi on April 4, 1993, in 2012 Lorenzo Mariani earned a diploma in classic studies at Liceo Classico Luigi Galvani of Bologna. In 2017, he earned a law degree with honors at Alma Mater Studiorum – Universita’degli Studi di Bologna with thesis in commercial and banking law on the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD) and the 2008 financial crisis.
Before joining Silvestri International – Studio Legale Internazionale, Lorenzo cooperated with prominent Italian law firms in Milan and Bologna, where he assisted Italian and international clients mainly in corporate and commercial law, real estate, M&A, international law, EU law, privacy and e-commerce.

Brenda Querze
Law Clerk
Brenda was born in Rimini, Italy.
She moved to Miami to pursue her legal studies. She graduated cum Laude from Florida International University in 2020.
She is currently pursuing a Law Degree as a Juris Doctor at Florida International University College of Law from which she will graduate in 2024. In the meantime, she is implementing her studies with the on-field knowledge gathered at Silvestri International focusing on commercial, corporate and real estate law.
Bartolomeo Pizzoli

Bartolomeo is an Italian Lawyer admitted to practice law since 2022.
Born in Rome on April 30, 1995, Bartolomeo earned a law degree at LUISS in 2019 with a thesis in civil law on the abuse of the weak contractor status.
During his academic career, Bartolomeo attended the London School of Economics, where he focused his studies on international commercial law by taking the Comparative Corporate Governance exam.
Before joining the Rome office of Silvestri Intenational – Studio legale Internazionale, Bartolomeo cooperated with a prominent Italian law firm where he practiced civil and commercial law.
Now, Bartolomeo, deals daily with issues related to commercial and civil law, with specific reference to corporate law and real estate, regarding both domestic and International jurisdiction.
